Import Products
- Go to Inventory → View or Manage Products → Import Products
- Deleting out products from the CSV file you do not intend to update can also speed up the import process.
Export Products
- Go to Inventory → View or Manage Products → Products Export
note: When updating existing products in the system be sure to select 'update' and NOT 'insert/update' as this can cause issues. Only use Insert / Update if you are adding new items, which are not currently in the system.
