To choose which fields display on Checkout, as well as to choose which ones are required, follow these steps:
  • Log in to your CoreCommerce admin area.
  • Click link in the upper right corner and click on Checkout Settings.
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you get to the Required Fields During Checkout section.
 
  • You will see a list of fields that can be shown on checkout, and can choose which ones to display and which ones are required:
    • Billing/Shipping Company
    • Billing/Shipping State
    • Billing First Name
    • Billing Last Name
    • Billing Address 1
    • Billing Address 2
    • Billing City
    • Billing Zip Code
    • Billing Phone Number
    • Billing Fax Number
    • Shipping First Name
    • Shipping Last Name
    • Shipping Address 1
    • Shipping Address 2
    • Shipping City
    • Shipping Zip Code
    • Shipping Email
    • Shipping Instructions
    • How Did You Hear About Us
  • Note: Any fields that are set to "Required" must also be set to "Display," or else the customer will get an error when they try to check out.
  • When you've made your changes, click Save.
