- Log in to the admin panel of your online store.
- Click in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click on Get Help / Tickets.
- Then click on the Create a Ticket button.
- Let us know what you would like the default currency to be in the body of your support ticket message.
- Log in to the admin panel of your online store.
- Click in the upper right corner and click on Store Settings.
- Click on the Localization tab.
- Make sure "Multiple Currencies" is set to "ON" and then click the Configure Currencies button.
- Click the Add New Currency button.
- Enter the "Currency Name," "Currency Code," (Exchange Rate is automatically configured for you) and then Save.
Now that you have created the additional currency you will need to give your customers the ability to select which currency they want to pay in.
To do this, follow the steps below:
- Click on Design (left-hand menu) and click on Sidebar Widgets.
- In the drop down menu at the center of the page, "Select a Category," select "Dropdown Widgets."
- Drag "Currencies" to the left or right sidebar (the side of the homepage you would like for it to be displayed).
- Click Save.
Note: If you would prefer to place the widget into your design using a token, you can use ##CURRENCY##.
Note: Whatever your default currency is for your store is what will be what is passed to the gateway.
