To set up international shipping using Classic shipping method:

  • Log in to the admin panel of your online store.
  • Click  in the upper right-hand corner of the admin panel and click on Shipping Settings.​​​​
  • Click on "Configure Countries & States."​
  • Select the countries you would like to ship to (under "all | None"). You can also indicate whether or not you would like to allow shipping to PO boxes for each country and whether or not you would like to add a shipping surcharge.
  • You'll need to decide if you want to use real-time rates (such as from USPS, UPS, or FedEx) or flat rates. If you want to use real-time rates, you'll need to click on "Configure Real-Time Rates" and set up each international carriers. If you're using flat rates, proceed to the next step.
  • Click on Setup Shipping Zones.
  • Here you will need to set up your zones. The default catch-all zone can serve as your international zone if you want to have different rates for international versus domestic. For example, if you are in the United States, you could create a new zone for just the United States. The catch-all zone would cover all other countries that you have enabled.

To set up shipping using Hybrid shipping method: 

  • Log in to the admin panel of your online store.
  • Click on Dashboard (left-hand menu)
  • From there, click on Setup Wizard.
 
 
  • In the Setup Wizard, click on Shipping.
  • You'll need to decide if you want to use real-time rates (such as from USPS, UPS, or FedEx) or flat rates. If you want to use real-time rates, you'll need to click on Configure Real-Time Rates and set up your carriers. If you're using flat rates, proceed to the next step.
  • Click on Shipping Groups.
  • Here you will need to set up your zones. The default catch-all zone can serve as your international zone if you want to have different rates for international versus domestic. For example, if you are in the United States, you could create a new zone for just the United States. The catch-all zone would cover all other countries that you have enabled.
