To mark up shipping rates:

  • Log in to the admin panel of your online store.
  • Click on Settings →  Shipping Settings →  Setup Shipping Zones.
  • Click "Edit" next to the shipping zone you want to edit.
  • Click the Configure button for the real-time method you want to pad.
  • Look for the Pad Rates field and enter the value you want to pad.  This can be a dollar amount or a % amount of the shipping rate.  For example, if you have the padding set to $5.00, then all the rates returned for this service would be padded by $5.00.
