To display your terms and conditions on the checkout page:

• Log in to your store's admin panel.
• Click ​in upper right-hand corner of admin then click on Checkout Settings.
• Then click on Terms & Conditions.

 

 

• Then simply turn on Terms & Conditions
• If you are wanting it to be Required turn the setting on.
• You can edit the default by clicking on the gear icon then clicking EDIT
• Write out your Terms and Conditions
• Click Save.
