Yes, you can edit an order after it's been placed. You can edit both the order items and pricing as well as the billing and shipping addresses.
To edit ordered items:- Log in to the admin panel of your online store.
- Click on Orders (left-hand menu).
- Click on Manage Orders.
- In the Header bar, click on "pencil icon" next to "Item Name."
- Here, you will be able to add/remove items and change the quantity of items in the customer order.
- Note: You can also edit the price but you will not be able to edit the actual payment method.
- Make your changes and click one of the Update buttons at the bottom to save your changes.
- Log in to the admin panel of your online store.
- Click on Orders (left-hand menu).
- Click on Manage Orders.
- Click on the order number of the order you would like to edit.
- Locate the text "Bill To Address" or "Ship To Address" and click Pencil icon.
- Make your changes and click one of the Update buttons at the bottom to save your changes.
