Yes, you can edit an order after it's been placed. You can edit both the order items and pricing as well as the billing and shipping addresses.

To edit ordered items:
  • Log in to the admin panel of your online store.
  • Click on Orders (left-hand menu).
  • Click on Manage Orders.
 
 
  • In the Header bar, click on "pencil icon" next to "Item Name."
 
 
  • Here, you will be able to add/remove items and change the quantity of items in the customer order.
  • Note: You can also edit the price but you will not be able to edit the actual payment method.
  • Make your changes and click one of the Update buttons at the bottom to save your changes.
To edit the billing or shipping address for the order:
  • Log in to the admin panel of your online store.
  • Click on Orders (left-hand menu).
  • Click on Manage Orders.
  • Click on the order number of the order you would like to edit.
  • Locate the text "Bill To Address" or "Ship To Address" and click Pencil icon.​
  • Make your changes and click one of the Update buttons at the bottom to save your changes.
