To receive a copy of the customer receipt email and order shipped email, follow these steps:
- Log in to the admin panel of your online store.
- Click on
link in the upper right corner. - Click on Store Settings.
- On the next page click on the Notifications tab.
- Scroll down until you see "BCC Email (Supports Multiple)."
- In this field, you can enter multiple email addresses. If you enter an email address in this field, that email address will receive a copy of the customer order receipt and order shipped receipt. Make sure to click Save when done.
