CoreCommerce allows you to notify your customers by email when the status of their orders has been changed to shipped. To enable this feature do the following:
- Log in to the admin panel of your online store.
- Click on the gear icon in top right hand corner of admin then select on Store Settings.
- Click on the Notifications tab.
- Check the box labeled Send Customer Email When Orders are Moved to Shipped
Each time an order is moved to shipped status your customer will receive an email letting them know the order has been shipped. This email will contain the tracking number (if entered by the admin) in this email.
