Obtaining a Certificate Signing Request (CSR) Key


A CSR key is required each time you purchase or renew your SSL with your SSL provider. (SecureServer, GoDaddy, etc..)

To obtain a CSR key you will need to fill out our SSL installation form.




  • Go to Username (Account) → Services→ SSL Secure Certificate


  • You will need to complete and submit this form.


  • A support tech will respond back to the ticket with the CSR key, which you must input at your SSL Host (ex: SecureServer)


  • Go to Help → Get Help / Tickets


  • You will see a ticket such as: SSL Certificate Transfer (#xxxxxx-xxxxxx) in your open tickets


  • You will then need to re-key the CSR key into your current SSL Host (SecureServer, GoDaddy, etc...)
    You will need to copy everything included in your provided CSR Key.
    • Your CSR key will looking something like this:

  • Once your SSL provider has processed the new CSR into your SSL you will need to download the zip file. (Server Type: Apache).

note: Failure to re-key the CSR or select the incorrect server type will cause delays and errors with your SSL installation.
