New Support Center | Community Forum

In our continued effort to provide our customers with all the resources possible to grow their business, we have overhauled our Support Center which includes the addition of a Community forum. Below you will find a brief overview of both the support center and also the community forum. You can visit the Support Center here.


Support Center

 We believe having access to clear in-depth articles is a key tool with helping clients better utilize features in our software.

  • Knowledge-base Articles - We have updated all of our support articles to better help you, the customer, easily find key articles to help you better understand how specific features in the shopping cart work. If you still cannot find what you are looking for, please feel free to contact our support team for additional assistance.
  • Coreybot - Our interactive support bot, Corey is ready to answer questions you need a quick solution to. You can access this from any page in the support center from the bottom right of your screen. (if you do not see the answer you are looking for be sure to click 'was this helpful' and answer no or try again, this will allow the AI to better learn and assist you with future queries.
  • Tickets - The new ticketing system will allow you to instantly create or check ticket statuses though the admin panel, or through the Support center in a new easy to view layout.
